Designed to prepare you to be an effective library and information science leader, the online MSLIS curriculum gives you two options for customizing your education and gaining specialized skills:

  • Choose a professional pathway and focus your program on User Services and Community Engagement, Data Curation and Services, Organization and Management of Information and Knowledge, Children and Youth Services, Digital Information Systems or Information Research and Analytics.
  • Earn a Certificate of Advanced Study in Data Science, Information Security Management, Enterprise Technology Leadership or School Media without taking any extra classes.
