Student Success
During your time as a student, you will be supported by and work closely with our Student Success team. Your Student Success Advisor will be your main point of contact.

2SU
Also referred to as the learning management system (LMS), 2SU is where you can find all of your online course content and live sessions. The login information for 2SU is different from what you will use for MySlice. Your Student Success Advisor will email you that information once your 2SU account is created.
Financial Aid Office

Office of the Registrar
The Office of the Registrar provides assistance with registration, course offerings and the academic calendar.
IT Help Desk
Syracuse University’s Information Technology Services (ITS) provides students, faculty and staff with technology resources supporting the university’s mission. The IT Help Desk is here to help you with questions related to MySlice, email and other Syracuse University systems.

The Syracuse Bookstore is a full-service resource serving all academic retail needs for the student community.
Syracuse Libraries
Syracuse Libraries provide you with all of the intellectual resources, subject specialists and digital tools necessary to support your academic and research goals.

Summon is a search engine to the Classic Catalog and other resources in the Syracuse University Libraries’ collection. The software is licensed from Serials Solutions and provides a single gateway to the libraries’ extensive collection of print and electronic resources.
Learn more about Summon and watch video tutorials about using the system. The Summon page acts as a portal representing the rather vast virtual library to which you have access as a Syracuse University student. The guide is more than a general welcome to the online SU Libraries; rather, it is designed to immediately give you specific immersion in a relevant sampling of the breadth and depth of what your SU affiliation provides you via SU Libraries.
